Now you can serve beer all day and all night at a frosty cold 30° with our state-of-the-art draft beer system. Chill-Pak™ provides a system which keeps the beer cold from the keg room to the tap, eliminating the age-old enemies of beer: heat and foam. The system uses our Glycol Chiller, which keeps the beer cold through the delivery lines, an exclusive Chill-Pak™ In-Line Reservoir, which acts as a storage bank for the chilled product, and exclusive Chill-Pak™ Cold Draft Arms and Cold Towers, which serve as supplementary cold storage reservoirs.

Step 1: The Chill-Pak Glycol Chiller
Our Chill-Pak Glycol Chiller is designed for easy, continuous, trouble-free operation. The Chiller is placed near the keg room, and circulates chilled glycol through special lines placed next to the beer lines in insulated trunk tubing, chilling the beer along the route from the keg to the tap.

Step 2: The Chill-Pak In-Line Reservoir
While the Glycol unit provides the necessary chilling power, the In-Line Reservoir is the heart of the system. Mounted either under the bar, or on a back wall near the end of the trunk line, the beer and Glycol lines are pumped through the stainless and aluminum molded reservoir. The reservoir assures a constant supply of beer at a consistent temperature, acting as both a buffer and cold exchanger.

Step 3: The Cold Draft Arm
These unique Cold Draft Arms are designed for the utmost efficiency in delivering the coldest beer possible. Precision manufactured from stainless steel and a molded aluminum block, they function both as an additional cold exchange unit and cold reservoir. The chilled glycol is continuously circulated through both the reservoir and the Cold Draft Arm, resulting in beer that is kept constantly and evenly chilled all along the way, right to the faucet itself.

Chill-Pak Cold Towers
For those who prefer a classic tower, we offer our Cold Tower. As in the Cold Draft Arm, the beer lines and the glycol lines are directed into the tower through stainless steel lines embedded in a block of molded aluminum, acting as an additional cold reservoir and cold exchanger. The beer is kept at consistently cold temperatures right up to the faucet. As with the Cold Draft Arms, the Cold Towers feature a special foam reduction system which, coupled with the consistently cold temperatures, almost completely eliminate waste and foam.
